Which interior decorating package is right for you?

After an obligation-free discovery call to ensure Brick + Beam is the right fit for your project, every interior decorating package begins with a Walk-Through. This 90-minute consultation is billed at a flat fee of $350.

At your Walk-Through, you'll show us your home and share your vision for the spaces. We'll give initial thoughts on things like furniture arrangements and color palettes. We will also help you determine which of our interior decorating packages is right for you. After the meeting, we'll send you a scope of work and design fee estimate to approve.

Full-Service Interior Decorating 

Our concept to completion, full-service interior decorating, is ideal if you:

  • want a partner guiding you throughout the process from start to finish. 

  • hope to demolish your design to-do list all at once, gaining the peace of mind that every chair, pillow, and piece of art fits into a unified look. 

  • are busy and don’t have time to coordinate ordering, meeting deliveries, and installing items.  

  • crave the excitement of seeing the entire design revealed to you on installation day.

Style & Lifestyle Exploration 
Your goals, aesthetics, and lifestyle will set the course for our design process. 

Preliminary Design
You’ll review custom 2D floorplans with options for furniture arrangements.

Design Development
We’ll select furniture, artwork, and accessories that best capture your style and fit your family's life. 

Procurement and Project Management
We’ll place the orders, track and coordinate shipping, and accept deliveries to our warehouse. 

Installation and Styling
Our team will deliver all furnishings, hang window treatments and artwork, style the spaces with accessories, and then reveal your transformed home!

Interior Decorating Guidance 

Brick + Beam Studio's Interior Design Guidance option is the perfect fit if you

  • need help creating a cohesive look for your spaces.  

  • prefer to manage the implementation of the plan yourself. 

  • can be home to receive deliveries and feel confident assembling and installing furnishings yourself. 

  • want to execute your design in phases with a roadmap to follow.
