Home is personal. Before you invite us in, we’d love to tell you how we got here.
Creating a home you love is one of the biggest investments you will ever make in your well-being.
You know that getting it right will have a huge impact on your life, but it can be overwhelming to navigate the many decisions throughout the process.
You deserve to work with a designer who will support you at every turn, enabling you to make smart choices that promote your wellness and joy. Someone who sees spaces differently and can help you make them more than what you thought they could be.
I’ve always had a knack for seeing potential in the spaces around me.
I remember dragging my bedroom furniture around my room when I was five to try different layouts. Or spotting an old, dilapidated house from the backseat of my parents' car and thinking to myself, “Wow, I’d like to fix that up.” Whenever I was in a new environment, I couldn’t help but imagine how to rearrange and improve it.
After graduating from Endicott College with a degree in interior design, I worked for several design studios and architectural firms in Rhode Island and San Diego, California. I was primarily working on commercial interiors. It was challenging and required rigorous attention to detail, but after almost ten years, I was ready for a change.
I established Brick + Beam Studio in 2014, knowing that residential design was my calling. Home design is personal, collaborative, and creative—all the things that make the result particularly meaningful.
With Brick + Beam Studio as your partner, you can be sure that every detail will build toward a unified design that:
makes day-to-day life easier
maximizes your space
helps you relax and feel your best
reflects your personal style
There’s no better moment to start making memories in a sustainably, thoughtfully, beautifully designed home you’re proud to call your own. And if you need a partner to make it happen, I’d love to help.

What is your “happy space” in your home?
My husband, son and I gravitate to the living room. It has beautiful natural light and is just a cozy, warm space perfect for playing and relaxing.
What furnishing are you most likely to splurge on?
A super comfortable sofa in a family-friendly and cat-friendly fabric.
How would you describe your personal design aesthetic?
While my designs are always tailored to my client's styles, I'd call my personal style Coastal New England.

What drives you? I love knowing that I have provided a personal backdrop to our clients' lives in the most special of places—their home.
If you could remodel any space in your current home, which would you choose? Our primary bedroom could use a little love. Currently, it's just a room where we sleep and get ready for the day, but I'd love for it to be a space that we walk into and instantly feel relaxed and at ease, whether it’s at the end of the day or first thing in the AM when my littles climb into bed with us to snuggle.
How would you describe your personal design aesthetic? Coastal Farmhouse best describes my personal design aesthetic. I'm a New England girl, so I'm drawn to soft neutrals, gentle blues, natural wood, and stone accents.
